Frank is the founder and President of the FROT Group of Companies. He has 30 years of entrepreneurship experience in providing unconventional business solutions in the Nigeria market. Frank's core expertise in construction management with his cutting-edge approach to design/build has earned him a stellar reputation in this sector. From his unrivaled experience in the building and construction industry to telecommunication, Frank has established one of Nigeria's most reputable conglomerates. The conglomerate has grown rapidly from its humble beginnings to a respected brand with ongoing profitability.

Frank is a bold, highly-skilled, visionary business leader, who seeks to enrich his community by empowering young entrepreneurs and promoting sustainable businesses via incubator hubs. He is a recipient of several awards from both Government and Non-Governmental organizations for his outstanding contribution to entrepreneurship, humanity and community service.

Frank has over the years, due to his belief in giving back to a society that has blessed him, been a philanthropist and sponsor in different fields. He has sponsored various Nigerian sports stars to the Olympics, sponsored Nigerian Football Association ExCos for Foreign professional conferences, organized local sports tournaments among other endeavors in the Nigerian sports space. An avid art collector, Frank has organized different art shows and exhibitions to boost Nigeria's Talented Artists, also being a Talent mentor via his Talent management company. Frank never seems to relent when it comes to aiming at what makes him better by bettering others.

Frank has served as Board Member, Lagos State Technical Vocational Education Board among others. Frank is an Alumnus of the prestigious London Business School and holds a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Benin.
